Path of Mindfulness

Are you a mindful person doing daily activities mindfully?

I’ve been on the path of mindfulness for over 22 years. I confess that the journey gets better as I move one moment at a time. I currently practice formal mindfulness mediation in the morning for 30 minutes. I hope to reach 60 minutes in the very near future.
